The Construction Management
approach, by definition, is a project delivery
process involving a manager (company) who coordinates
the design and construction process to present
the owner with a project that meets all design,
budget, and time constraints defined by him.
As construction managers, during the pre-construction
phase we will give the design team advice and
assistance in matters such as construction methods
and systems, cost estimates, value engineering,
planning, scheduling and preparation of the
documents needed for the CM
process.
Once the construction starts, and throughout
it, we will be the representatives, par excellence,
of the Customer (Owner), acting as his building
department, managing, planning, hiring and scheduling
the different construction activities.
